Custom Designs & Returns
Please keep in mind that when you make a purchase from us, you understand that every metalwork you buy is custom-made, just for you. We do not have any readily made metalworks sitting on our shelves, ever. We get the order from you and we make it. That means we do CAD drawings of the project, then we order steel specifically for that project, then we push it through the schedule. We QC every piece during the process to make sure its quality meets and exceeds our customers’ satisfactions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund custom designed products. They were designed specifically for you and cannot be resold to the public.In the event where there is an issue with any item, please contact us and we will work with you to find solutions. If at some point there is a special circumstance and we do return a product from you, there will be a 20% restocking fee based on the order. The shipping will not be refunded for any items purchased if you later decide to return them for any reason and you will have to pay the shipping fee to ship them back to us. Again, we custom make everything based on the specifications of your order so we most likely cannot resell them to another customer.
We want you to be delighted with our products, so we will give our very best effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service. We cannot build a successful business doing it in any other way so thank you for giving us the opportunity to do the work for you.
